BTACD Contest: Feylizard

This was a tough one... I restarted it three times XD
For contest to design a feylizard for a member's character.

Feylizards are
_{-small, cat-sized, miniature dragon. intelligent, incapable of true speech. usually delicately built. most have wings and are western in build, though this can vary - other subspecies of dragons such as wyverns, easterns, amphitheres, etc are possible as well. serpentine species are rarer; western and wyverns are most common. design is completely free.
-energy/magic enhancing abilities, or other, very weak renditions of something relating to whatever power they have. Like, take the Red for example; if it had orange markings, it could have limited control over magma.
-two rares together is not possible.
-the colors and markings and eyes are unique to the subspecies.}

The colors determine the powers a feylizard will have and I decided initially on white with green markings, but switched it around, and I'm happy with the results.
